How can I track my shipment?

What is a tracking number/ID?

Tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your shipment. The ID length may vary from 10 or more characters.

Where can I find my tracking number/ID?

The customer gets a tracking ID or number when they handover the shipment. If not, please Contact Us.

When will my tracking information appear?

Tracking Information will appear n 24-48 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. In case your shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time, please Contact Us.

Why is my tracking number/ID not working?

Delivery

When will my shipment be delivered?

The delivery time of shipments depends on the service level you have chosen. The usual delivery times can vary depending on product type and place of origin/destination, from 2-3 days for neighbouring countries up to 20 days for countries far away.

Why is my shipment not yet delivered?

Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. In case your shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery time, please Contact Us.

Who can I contact if I have not received my shipment?

Can I change my address?

It is not possible to change the address once the shipment has been dispatched.

Can I change the delivery day or delivery time?

It is not possible to change the delivery day or delivery time once the shipment has been dispatched.

Why is customs holding my shipment?

Shipments must be custom cleared. Customs clearance process times differ from country to country and cannot be influenced by anybody. For some countries duties and taxes may be due. Customs may hold your shipment because they require more information. In this case they will contact you.

What are the duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes are consumption taxes. Customs duties are levied on certain goods purchased abroad. Value added taxes (VAT) are usually levied in the country where the purchased goods are consumed. Duties and taxes differ per country. Depending on country duties and taxes are settled with the post office or the customs office.

If customs duties/taxes are levied, How do I pay?

Whenever any custom duties/taxes are levied the same will have to be paid by the person at the destination who is the receiving party.

Complaints

My shipment is damaged or the content is missing. What can I do?

When your shipment is delivered in a damaged condition, please ask your delivery office within 7 days for a damage report. Send us the damage report, we will then claim the damaged or lost parcel with the shipper.

My shipment is not delivered. What can I do?

When your shipment is not delivered, please Contact Us.

Refunds

I have booked my consignment, but want to cancel it. How can I do?

If your shipment is booked but not yet Picked up, we shall refund your amount in full. Contact Us for refund procedure

My consignment has been picked up, but want to cancel it. How can I do?

If your shipment has picked up by us, but not yet left our warehouse, a service charge of Rs.500/- or 25% of the booking fee whichever is higher will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to your account through which the payment was made. Contact Us for refund procedure

I have been informed that my consignment has left your warehouse, but want to cancel it. How can I do?

If your shipment has left our warehouse, the shipment will not be cancelled and will travel to the booked destination

My request for cancellation is approved, by when will I get my Payment?

Your Payment will be refunded after deducting applicable service/cancellation charges within 15 working days from the date of approval
